These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JalNirman, a business billing and management platform operated by Jal Mahakaal Shakti ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using JalNirman, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

JalNirman provides software for small and medium businesses to manage billing, invoicing, inventory, customers, and related operations across a range of industries. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

• Accounts are provided to businesses and their authorised staff. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and secure. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the security of your Google Account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not: use JalNirman for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the service; or upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Your data

The business data you enter into JalNirman remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data in order to provide the service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We work to keep JalNirman available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. JalNirman is a tool to assist your business operations; you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records and for your compliance with applicable tax and legal requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jal Mahakaal Shakti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
